Foundation Trading Mathematics Activity

The learning of place value and trading are important mathematical skills that young children require to become competent at working with all operations.

This board allows the children to see how to trade between ones, tens and hundreds. An excellent way to do this is with a die as a game, adding on the number rolled each time. You can even play the first to 100!

Each set comes with three sets of orange 0-9 number tiles, four green place tiles (ones, tens, hundreds, thousands) and forty blue discs.
